Turn To Your Mate Questions
- Think back to when you first met your spouse. What intrigued you about your spouse so much that you wanted to keep getting to know them? What are the differences and likenesses you saw in your spouse that first made you attracted to him or her? List a few of those things for your spouse.
- Take a few minutes to turn to each other and share about the uniqueness you see in your spouse. What are your spouse's unique characteristics and how do you embrace and honor their talents, personality traits, and differences?
- Make a list of positive traits that your spouse has. Share at least one of those positive things with your spouse.
Coaching Drill
Identify one thing that drives you crazy in your mate. Then ask God to help you embrace that unique trait and be excited about that trait in your mate. Also ask God to help you discover more of what makes you both unique and let that draw you closer to each other.
