Tips for promoting your event to your church:

Announce the conference during church services and to all adult Sunday School classes and small groups.
Gather promotional materials available on the right hand side of this page.
Display posters in high-traffic areas of your church building.
Distribute flyers to all avenues of church fellowship, including Sunday School classes, small groups and others.
Include the presentation slide in your services and at other events.
Include flyers in your church bulletin.
Set up a table in the lobby before and after services with brochures, signs, and a sign-up sheet. Staff with volunteers to answer questions.
List conference information in your bulletin for several weeks before the event.
Promote the conference as a gift for special occasions (anniversaries, engagements, weddings).
Include information in your churches email newsletter.
Use your web site to promote the event.
Invite friends, family, and newcomers to attend the conference.
Send postcards to your church/community mailing list.
